George Saab Biography:

George has extensive experience in information technology, sales operations and the delivery of knowledge and business process outsourcing services. His forte has been focused on business and client relations within the areas of governance, service excellence reporting, metrics management and client satisfaction. His span of experience is across several industries including banking, insurance, financial, legal, real estate and health care. George has helped client companies achieve bottom line dollar savings through the successful delivery of creative and hybrid off-shoring solutions.
In his career, George has served on several sales pursuit teams, and as a result of M&A activity, he has led major systems integrations along with the associated HR people acclimation.
George has delivered EDS business solutions for clients such as Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro Bank, Bank of America, State Street Bank, Manulife, Investors Bank & Trust, Boston Scientific and IBM. His expertise also spans the program management of transformation activities to include voice and data network infrastructures, major facilities relocations, premier banking strategies and the acclimatization needed for personnel within the acquiring company. Prior to EDS, George engaged in financial systems and manufacturing roles with Unisys and federal government entities.
One of George's notable accomplishments has been his leadership role in the $70 billion integration of 3 financial giants, resulting in a $5.5 billion outsourcing life-cycle revenue stream for his firm. In this effort, George and his team drove the integration of BPO services in the US, Canada and India.
George has conducted lectures on large-scale IT infrastructures at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a co-sponsor and panel captain at the 2008 MIT CIO Symposium. George holds a Master’s degree in finance, an undergraduate degree in information systems and a CPA certificate.
